DEVELOPMENT site specialists, Matrix Property, has expanded its team with several new additions.
Bill Kalimnios, formerly from McGrath, has joined the agency and will work with the Sydney South and Wollongong development site sales teams. He brings over 10 years experience.
Peter Panagopoulos has joined as associate. He is a lawyer with a Degree in Law and Arts and three years’ experience in property law.
Brian Crawford has also been promoted to the position of director and he will also head of Matrix Property’s auction service.
“These appointments reflect the growth in demand to secure residential development sites, especially in key metropolitan growth centres like Western Sydney and Wollongong,” managing director Andrew Antonas said.
Formed in 2004 by Antonas, Matrix Property has grown to a team of 11.
