COLLIERS has bolstered its large format retail team with the appointment of Maria Lenne as a senior leasing executive.
Lenne brings more than 25 years’ experience and joins from The Good Guys, where she was the national property manager.
Prior to that, Lenne has worked with include Bunnings, Bakers Delight and Sportsgirl.
“Colliers International now has two dedicated large format retail team members based in Victoria, making it the second biggest team in the country,” Colliers national retail marketing manager, Shane Stewart, said.
Lenne said that she was “looking forward to adding a retailer’s perspective and adding value to Colliers International’s clients and their assets in this dynamic sector of the retail industry.”
