ASX-listed valuation firm LMW has appointed Paul Wheate as the state commercial director in Victoria.
Wheate brings 20 years’ experience in property valuation and property advisory, having done work for financial institutions, not-for-profits, A-REITS, high net worth individuals and private developers.
He joins from Herron Todd White where he held the role as director of residential development valuations.
Prior to that, he was with Colliers International and JLL.
