DEXUS said Graham Pearson will be leaving his post as executive general manager, funds management after 12 years with the group.
Pearson joined Dexus in 2005 as the fund manager for Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) and was eventually promoted to oversee the funds management business.
Deborah Coakley has been appointed to the role of executive general manager, funds management, effective 1 January 2018.
She has been a member of the Dexus executive for more than four years.
Dexus CEO Darren Steinberg paid tribute to Pearson and also welcomed Coakley to the new role.
“Our funds management business is in great shape and we wish him all the best for his future endeavours,”
Steinberg said Coakley brings a strong understanding of property management and investment as well as broad experience from outside the property sector, having previously worked as a partner at Deloitte and as an Australian director of NASDAQ listed consulting firm.
