FITZROYS has appointed Ervin Niyaz to its agency team to focus on the northern suburbs.
Ervin joins from Jellis Craig where he oversaw the commercial division for the past three years, focusing on leasing and sales.
Fitzroys director David Bourke said the inner-northern region of Melbourne has seen significant transition in recent times, with the ripple effect of city fringe development cycle increasing demand throughout the region by occupants, investors and developers.
“The appointment of Ervin will further bolster our team’s focus in the region,” Bourke said.
