NON-executive director of ASX-listed RNY Property Trust, William Robinson, has resigned from the board effective immediately.
The US property investment-focused trust said he is resigning “for personal reasons, and has other commitments which require his time and attention” after being appointed to the position in August 2005.
“It has been a pleasure working with Bill over the last 12 years and thank him for his insightful guidance and support throughout his term,” executive chairman Scott Rechler said.
