FORMER Attorney General Nicola Roxon has joined the board of Dexus Funds Management Limited as an independent director.
Roxon currently holds at the Cancer Council Australia, Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board, Bupa Australia and New Zealand, and Sir Zelman Cowen Centre Victoria University.
Prior to that, she was the Commonwealth Attorney General, Minister for Health and Ageing, and industrial lawyer at Maurice Blackburn and the National Union of Workers.
“Together with my fellow Directors, I am pleased to welcome Nicola to the board as part of our ongoing renewal process,” DXFM chair Richard Sheppard said. “Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience across a variety of sectors and I am confident that she will make a strong contribution to the board.”
