THE Property Council of Australia Victorian division has appointed planning expert Suzane Becker to the role of deputy executive director.
Becker has worked with the Metropolitan Planning Authority, now the Victorian Planning Authority, and many local councils including Macedon Ranges Shire and Mitchell Shire Council. Suzane has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Town Planning from RMIT and has recently completed an MBA.
“Suzane’s leadership will augment the activities and outcomes that the Property Council seeks for its members and the Victorian economy,” PCA Victorian executive director Sally Capp said.
“I am looking forward to working within the Property Council to address some of the big issues impacting our communities. The property sector drives prosperity and jobs in Victoria and we need to be vigilant in ensuring that the policy and market settings remain relevant and supportive of this important industry” Becker said.
