CUSHMAN & Wakefield has appointed Dan McGrath to the position of director – industrial, valuation and advisory.
McGrath brings over 25 years of experience, he has held several senior positions in valuation practices including at JLL and FPD Savills.
He is a Certified Practising Valuer and is associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI); and member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
McGrath will be based Cushman & Wakefield’s Parramatta office.
