m3property’s has made three key personnel changes in its Melbourne office, promoting Josh Phegan and Julian Gilbert to associate director positions, and appointing Amita Mehrotra as Victorian research director.
Phegan joined the firm in September 2014 and has worked with its industrial team, providing property advice and valuations for institutional grade industrial assets, whilst Gilbert joined m3property in April 2016 as part of the health, aged care and seniors living team.
Mehrotra has around 20 years of experience in property research and consultancy, specialising in the retail, office, residential and industrial sectors.
She recently held a general manager food and beverage retail analysis position at Future Food Pty Ltd, and was a research manager at Colliers International.
