TTM Consulting is shifting their head office to the top floor of the 369 Ann Street commercial building on the northern edge of Brisbane’s CBD.
The acoustics, data, traffic and waste consulting firm signed a six-year deal for the 616sqm space on the entirety of level eight of the building at $520 per sqm gross.
They will relocate from a 500sqm office on the CBD fringe on completion of the fit-out. As well as Brisbane, it has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and on the Gold Coast.
Colliers International’s Bo Veivers and Roland Dean negotiated the deal in conjunction with Jamie Nason and Nick Ritchie of Knight Frank.
Veivers said the floor has a 200sqm wrap-around balcony that can be used exclusively for staff amenity and function.
“The landlord undertook massive refurbishments which include a new ground floor lobby, new retail operator and upgraded end-of-trip facilities. This has definitely assisted in leasing the building out completely, with only one 800sqm floor about to become available,” Veivers said.
