SAVILLS has appointed Pip Doogan as director of office leasing in Canberra.
Doogan brings approximately 15 years’ experience.
Most recently she was the sales campaign manager, urban renewal at Land Development Agency (LDA).
Prior to the LDA, she worked at Knight Frank and Raine & Horne Commercial and was responsible for number of notable transactions covering both corporate & government tenants including, HWL Ebsworth, Fuji Xerox Australia, Lockheed Martin, Aurecon, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Department of Health & Ageing, and working on properties including the iconic 121 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City, 6 National Cct., Barton & 53 Wentworth Ave., Kingston.
Savills Canberra MD Andrew Stewart said Doogan’s appointment is part of Savills’ strategy to grow its presence in the Canberra market.
