KNIGHT Frank has expanded is Sydney industrial team with the appointment of Mark Silva in the newly created role of head of industrial, South Sydney.
Silva was most recently at CBRE for six years and brings over 14 years’ experience across residential and commercial sectors. He has been responsible for some of the biggest transactions in the area, ranging in size from 1,000 to 16,000 square metres.
Most recently, Silva managed the 7,700 sqm lease of the new URM Group depot at 3 Anderson St Banksmeadow.
“Mark will be a tremendous addition to our NSW Industrial business and will bring a great deal of knowledge and experience to our growing team,” Knight Frank’s head of industrial Tim Armstrong said.
“The South Sydney industrial market continues to be a focus for Knight Frank. Mark will work closely with Peta Antoniou, director in charge of South Sydney, in servicing industrial owners and tenants in the precinct.” Armstrong said.
