LANTERN CEO John Osborne has resigned from the company following the sell down of the group’s hotels.
Since his appointment in August 2015, Osborne has led a dramatic turnaround in the operating performance of the business culminating in a successful sell down of Lantern’s hotels.
Graeme Campbell, the independent non‐executive chairman, will assume the role of executive chairman following Osborne’s departure and he and the board will finalise the board’s position on the future intentions of the company.
