The 891sqm site at 30 Tattersall Road in Kings Park comprises a small freestanding factory and a substantial secured concrete area at its rear and side.
The property was sold with vacant possession and is suited to the motor trade and formworks.
Graeme Scott of Bawdens Industrial marketed the property, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
