COLLIERS International has been appointed to manage the newly-opened St. Collins Lane retail centre in the core of Melbourne’s CBD.
The five-level shopping centre, formerly Australia On Collins and which reopened last year following a $30 million-plus refurbishment, was recently acquired for $247 million by institutional investors advised by JPMorgan from LaSalle Investments.
It comprises 55 retail tenancies and a dining terrace with eight food and beverage offerings, including Neil Perry’s Burger Project.
British department store Debenhams is currently fitting out its first Australia site in the centre. Flagship stores include TAG Heuer and Coach fronting Collins Street, whilst Paris-based Sandro and Maje front Little Collins Street.
Key Australian brands MJ Bale, Reiss and Furla also have outlets within the centre.
