CONSTRUCTION on the Echuca Homemaker centre will start in the coming months, with large format retail spaces within the centre now available to lease.
The spaces range from 390sqm to 1,060sqm and are expected to attracted bulky goods retailers, according to marketing agent Daniel Noonan of Colliers.
He said the property the centre is anchored by Bunnings Warehouse and will have main road frontage and offer strong signage potential.
“It is strategically positioned to benefit from Echuca’s vast retail catchment area, which is experiencing consistent growth in population. We’re already receiving strong interest,” he said. “We’re aiming to secure entertainment, medical, childcare and specialty retail services, among other retailers, to further boost the profile of the centre.”
