FITZROYS has made two appointments to the agency and shopping centres team.
James Lockwood has returned to Fitzroys after a stint at Savills specialising in development sites, in the new role as agency associate handling metropolitan investments.
Pearse Coleman has joined Fitzroys as general manager – shopping centres division from Vicinity Centres.
Fitzroys director David Bourke said Lockwood has acted for a broad range of clients which include high-net worth private individuals, institutional organisations, local government, banking institutions and some of the country’s largest developers.
“James has been exposed to many facets of the commercial property market with his diverse experience in the real estate industry enabling him to liaise in all sectors of the property market,” he said.
Coleman has over 30 years in the shopping centre business, from owning and running his own agency, experience in the international agency environment with Colliers to over a decade running premium assets with Vicinity Centres.
“Pearse brings excellent asset management and organisational skills and a wealth of experience to Fitzroys, having been involved with over 400 leasing deals throughout his extensive career,” Fitzroys division director, shopping centre management Mark Adams said.
