CONSTRUCTION has started on the Élevé Residences project at Carrara on the Gold Coast following 20 years of ownership by Hong Kong billionaire Stanley Ho’s Hungtat Worldwide.
The company has owned the site as part of its 380-hectare landholding that takes in the Palm Meadows Gold Course.
The 63-apartment project offers one, two and three-bedroom residences due for completion in November this year.
Condev Construction is building the project, and Hickey Management is managing the development on behalf of Ho.
Tony Hymus of Colliers International has been appointed to sell the remaining apartments, which include two-bedroom offerings from $435,000 and three-bedroom apartments from $560,000.
Hymus said an offer is in place for purchasers of the remaining apartments, valued at over $11,000.
“Each purchaser gets free window furnishings for their apartment and 12 months’ body corporate levies paid by the developer. In addition, for the first three years after settlement each purchaser will receive a four-day stay at Mercure Gold Coast Resort per year and two rounds of golf (for two people) per year,” he said.
