THE Australian Rural Capital has launched an entitlement offer to raise $1.6 million to fund the development of the funds management business and direct investments.
The issue price of 50 cents per new share represents a 15% discount to the estimated Net Asset Value of an existing ARC share as at Monday 20 March 2017, which was 59 cents per share.
