VICINITY Centres has announced the retirement of Richard Haddock as a non-executive director.
Haddock was previously chairman of Novion Property Group and its predecessor, CFS Retail Property Trust Group (CFX), from January 2009 until June 2015, and was appointed to Vicinity’s board upon completion of the merger between Federation Centres and Novion.
He is a member of Vicinity’s Audit Committee and Risk and Compliance Committee and a director of Vicinity Funds Re Ltd.
