EUREKA Group Holdings has appointed Jeff Weigh as its chief executive officer.
Weight was most recently the CEO of South Bank Corporation for four years, overseeing its $700 million asset base including the South Bank parklands and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Eureka’s executive chairman Robin Levison will resume his role as non-executive chairman.
“Mr Weigh has the track record, vision and enthusiasm to help lift Eureka onto its next growth trajectory and I look forward to working with him on delivering enhanced returns and value to our ever-growing shareholder base,” Levison said.
Executive directors Greg Rekers and Kerry Potter have resigned, effective immediately, to pursue other projects. Both were appointed Eureka’s board in April 2012.
