GARDA Capital Group chairman David Usasz has resigned to pursue personal interests, according to the group.
Managing director Matthew Madsen will act as executive chairman until the position is filled.
“The Board thanks Mr Usasz for his service and contribution to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours,” the group said in a statement.
