SAVILLS Investment Management has appointed Lee Tredwell as the new head of investment in Australia.
Tredwell brings over 15 years of experience and has been involved in over $2.2 billion of capital transactions.
Prior to joining Savills, he spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate where he was responsible for equity and debt investments in Australia & New Zealand. He has also held senior roles at Abacus Property Group and CBRE.
Tredwell will report to Savills IM chief investment officer Kiran Patel.
