CHARTER Hall has appointed David Ross as an independent director following the resignation of Peter Kahan.
Kahan was appointed to the board in October 2009 following an investment in Charter Hall by Gandel Group.
CHC chair David Clarke thanked Kahan for his contribution to the strategic direction, growth and strong corporate governance of the group.
Clarke also welcomed Ross to the board.
He has over 30 years’ corporate experience in the property industry including eight years as CEO of GPT and global CEO of real estate investments for Lendlease.
He is the chair of Arena REIT and previously held executive positions at Babcock & Brown.
