CBRE has made significant appointments to its New South Wales team, including the recruitment of Knight Frank’s head of capital markets James Parry.
Michael Andrews has been promoted to the newly created role as state director, capital markets – office and will work alongside Scott-Gray Spencer.
Andrews has more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, had been serving as senior director of CBRE’s international investments team.
James Parry, who was most recently Knight Frank’s Australian managing director of capital markets, will join CBRE in 2017 as state director, capital markets – office.
Thomas Gnieser will return to CBRE’s Australian business to take on a new role as senior director. He was a senior director in CBRE’s Japan office.
“The appointments of James and Thomas, combined with Michael’s promotion and the experience, relationships and market leadership of Scott Gray-Spencer, Ryan Johnson and Sharon Yang in NSW, will strengthen our capital markets’ capabilities, further enhance our platform and ensure we are providing a cohesive, integrated and truly collaborative service offering to our clients,” CBRE’s Australia & New Zealand CEO Ray Pittman, said.
