CONSTRUCTION has started on Village Building Co’s $66 million Westside Apartments project at Indooroopilly.
More than half of the 119 apartments have sold and McNab Constructions has been appointed as the building contractor, with the project expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
Westside is located adjacent to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and features a mix of one, two and three bedroom floorplans. Remaining unsold apartments are priced from $365,500.
Westside is the fourth active Queensland project for 28 year veteran developer Village Building Co, which is also delivering WoodLinks Village in Collingwood Park, Acacia Grove in Beerburrum and Abode in Kallangur.
