SAVILLS has appointed former AMP Capital head of development Gavin Boswarva as the new managing director of project management, Australia and New Zealand.
CEO Paul Craig said Boswarva would bring a wealth of property experience in asset, development and project management.
Boswarva has spent 10 years at AMP Capital property business in senior property roles, more recently leading the successful $440 million redevelopment of the Macquarie Shopping Centre. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Lendlease.
“I look forward to working closely with Paul and the Australian leadership group to further grow the Savills business,” Boswarva said.
