CBRE has appointed Matt Hole to a newly created role of director of residential valuation performance.
Hole has extensive experience in the valuations industry, having held senior roles over the past five years.
“Matt will partner with our leadership team on all performance matters, interpreting data and ultimately driving outcomes to provide real advantage for our clients,” CBRE’s national head of valuations Jarrod Frazer said.
“His experience will give us the ability to innovate, deliver and then manage new processes to drive industry best practice and performance,” Frazer concluded.
