SAVILLS has bolstered its Victorian asset management division with the appointment Joanna Apostolopoulos to the position of senior property manager.
Apostolopoulos joins Savills from Dixon Kestles where she held the role of commercial portfolio manager. Prior that, she worked in London as an asset manager for Element Capital, and asset manager for Fitzroys in Melbourne.
Savills’ Victorian state director, asset management, Paul Le Sueur, said he was pleased to be able to appoint such a high calibre property professional with a broad range of experience across several well-known organisations.
“Savills’ growing reputation in asset management services enables us to recruit the very best of property professionals.
“Joanna’s strong Asset Management background will further strengthen our capacity to offer exceptional service to our Victorian, national and international clients,” Le Sueur said.
