JLL has transitioned its Mascot office to a new Activity-Based Working space.
JLL has relocated from its previous premises within the Sydney Airport Centre at 15 Bourke Rd Mascot to a new office within the Connect Corporate Centre, at 191 O’Riordan St Mascot. The move coincides with JLL’s 20 year anniversary of operating in the South Sydney market.
WorkSmart was conceived and designed in-house by JLL’s corporate solutions team. It incorporates enhanced mobility and flexibility through multiple activity settings and work locations. The Mascot fit out was completed by the firm’s project & development services division.
“The timing of our new office in Mascot couldn’t have come at a better time, as we mark a milestone of delivering value for 20 years in South Sydney,” JLL’s NSW managing director Michael Fenton said.
“WorkSmart has, and remains, a key factor in helping us deliver this and it’s exciting to see the continued national roll out of it across Australia,” Fenton said.
JLL’s head of south Sydney, Blair Peterken said the new workspace has been very well received by the team, with the flexible environment, design features and central position giving it a great feel.
“We look forward to continuing the next chapter for JLL South Sydney in this exciting new location,” Peterken said.
Other JLL offices across Australia to feature an Activity-Based Working model include Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Canberra, Perth, Melbourne and Glen Waverley. In 2011, JLL relocated its largest Sydney office to a 3,700sqm new space offering WorkSmart at 420 George St. JLL Canberra and Perth both relocated to sustainable buildings at 121 Marcus Clarke St Canberra, and to prominent Perth office building, Central Park.
