CBRE has appointed James Santi as a senior director in the industrial & logistics team in New South Wales.
Santi has more than 13 years’ corporate real estate experience and was most recently executive manager of transactions at AMP Capital.
Prior to this, Santi held senior positions at Aviva Investors, Gibb Group, Goodman and Knight Frank.
CBRE senior managing director, industrial & logistics – Pacific, Matt Haddon said the appointment highlighted the firm’s commitment to sourcing the best industry talent.
“With an extensive background in major transactions, James brings a wealth of experience that will help grow our business in New South Wales – a key focus market for both local and international investors, due to its strong market fundamentals,” Haddon said.
