FAR East Consortium’s $550 million Upper West Side project at 33 Rose Lane in Melbourne’s CBD has reached completion, with the 52-level Tower Three delivered by Multiplex.
The 52-level, 641-apartment tower marks the final stage of the project, which in total comprises 2,207 apartments across four towers and is capable of housing around 4,000 people.
Completion of the Tower Three’s podium landscape area is expected over the next week or so, and will bring total construction time for the project to almost six years.
The project is located on the western fringe of the CBD, above Little Bourke Street between King and Spencer Streets.
