CBRE has appointed Natasha French to open the residential projects division in Perth.
CBRE chairman, residential projects, Justin Brown said the launch was consistent with the firm’s strategy of expanding its geographical service offering to provide comprehensive real estate solutions.
“The Perth division further extends CBRE’s reach in residential project marketing and will bring a new premium level product into the Western Australian market,” Brown said.
French joins CBRE following more than 13 years’ experience in the property industry, having worked with Deloitte Real Estate Advisory, Microsoft in Hong Kong and Lendlease in Melbourne.
“Natasha’s extensive experience in the property services industry will give us a strong base from which to build our Perth business,” Brown added.
CBRE managing director, Western Australia, Lloyd Jenkins said the introduction of residential projects to the firm’s WA business would further position the agency as the leading property services business.
