MULTIPLEX will deliver the fourth tower of Walker Corporation’s $2.5 billion Collins Square development in Melbourne’s Docklands.
The 22-level tower comprises almost 40,000sqm of commercial office space over 15 floors, as well as a six-level car park with more than 200 car spaces.
The development spans a city block and is made up of five commercial office buildings totaling 200,000sqm of net lettable area.
It is expected to be complete by mid-2018.
