JLL has bolstered its industrial team with the appointment of Scott Coltman and Derek Erwin, with a combined 40 years’ of experience.
Coltman and Erwin have joined the agency, from Taylor Construction Group and Knight Frank, respectively.
Both will be based in JLL’s Western Sydney office.
Coltman joins JLL as a director in the NSW industrial team with over 19 years’ experience. He specialises in representing institutional and private land owners, as well as tenants in Sydney with a direct focus on Western Sydney.
Most recently, he led the industrial division at Taylor Construction Group for over five years. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years in project management with Walker Corporation.
Erwin has 20 years’ experience in both agency and development. His new role at JLL will see him work dually across the NSW industrial and the metropolitan sales and investments teams, focusing on investment development site sales.
“The appointments represent JLL’s focus on Western Sydney and the ability to deliver results for occupiers, developers and investors across all submarkets via established operators in the NSW industrial market,” JLL’s head of industrial – NSW, Michael Wall, said.
