CBRE has appointed Zoe Ferrari as associate director within the Canberra office leasing team.
CBRE’s Pacific head of office leasing Andrew Tracey said the appointment aligned with CBRE’s strategy to further enhance and grow its office leasing platform in all markets to deliver real advantage to clients.
“Zoe’s depth of experience and strong relationships with both private and institutional clients will further bolster our Canberra team and ensure we are extremely well positioned moving into the New Year,” he added.
Ferrari commenced her career in CBRE’s Sydney office in 2005 before relocating to Canberra in 2010 where she has worked in both the agency market and in delivering major fitout projects.
She has most recently worked in a business development role for fitout business AMA Projects, focusing on institutional landlords.
CBRE’s Canberra managing director Andrew Stewart said Ms Ferrari would work alongside existing team members Belinda Hedley and James Parkyn, with a focus on the continued development of team’s institutional relationships.
“The ownership structure is shifting in Canberra, with a higher number of institutional landlords,” Stewart said. “This requires us to continue to develop a more sophisticated, strategic approach to our clients and a detailed understanding of what these clients require in relation to the positioning of assets, lease structuring and client reporting.”
