MULTIPLEX has been appointed by Monash University to deliver the $206 million learning and teaching building, encompassing a large underground car park and regional transport interchange.
Multiplex regional managing director Graham Cottam said the multi-storey 30,000 sqm facility is a cornerstone project in Monash’s ambition for the next half century.
“The highly visible construction project will provide Monash University with a new face to the community, featuring a new front door experience for all visitors arriving at the University through a new transport interchange,” he added.
Construction of the new facility is underway and is scheduled for completion in February, 2018.
