REAL estate agency Raine & Horne has opened its second office Dubai.
The Raine & Horne Downtown office is located in the Oberoi Centre in Business Bay, and will service the apartment markets in Dubai’s outer suburbs and be led by the father-and-son team of Surender and Rick Bhojwani.
“The timing for this new office is perfect with many global investors returning to the Dubai market, especially from the Indian subcontinent,” said Raine & Horne’s general manager international, Bill Russell.
“This activity is driving up transaction numbers at the bottom end of the market from 1,650,000 AED (A$598,000),” he said.
