FITZROYS has added to its growing owners corporation business with appointment of David Gluck.
Gluck has been appointed to the role of senior owners corporation and asset manager. He has worked in the industry since 2004 in both Victoria and New South Wales, and primarily specialises in high-rise residential and commercial properties.
Fitzroys director Mark McClelland said his vast experience in managing residential communities, large industrial estates, retail shopping complexes, mixed-use developments and numerous heritage listed properties, has allowed him to develop technical expertise particularly in the financial and legislative aspects of owners corporations.
