SAVILLS has appointed Paul Le Sueur as state director in charge of the Victorian asset management division.
Le Sueur joins Savills from a leading global property services business where he held the role of national property & portfolio manager following four years in Tokyo.
He brings over 25 years of experience in the industry, including five years in Abu Dhabi with JBI Property Services and ALDAR Properties, where he was head of commercial property management, and a position at GE Healthcare in Tokyo while also lecturing at Senzoku University in Japan. He has also held positions with several other top tier property agencies within Australia.
Savills Victorian managing director Jason Kougellis said he was pleased to be able to appoint such a high calibre property professional with such a broad international perspective.
