CBRE has recruited Dexus group general manager of capital transactions Neva Courts as a senior director in its Melbourne capital markets team.
Courts brings 17 years of experience. She commenced her career as a property manager, with roles at both CBRE and AMP Capital. She joined DB Real Estate (now Dexus) in 2002 and has subsequently held a range of senior DEXUS roles, including serving as national leasing manager for the industrial team before joining the capital transactions team in 2012.
In her new role at CBRE, Courts will focus on larger institutional grade investment transactions in the Melbourne CBD and St Kilda Road precincts.
CBRE’s senior managing director, Victoria, Mark Coster said Courts’ wide ranging experience and extensive industry networks would add further firepower to the firm’s market leading Capital Markets business.
“Neva is highly experienced and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her new role – particularly as it relates to how we can best service our institutional clients. Our over-arching focus is to add value and deliver superior client outcomes in every transaction we undertake,” Coster said.
