BROOKFIELD Multiplex has completed Salvo Property Group’s $124 million residential apartment building, Platinum Tower at 263 City Rd in Southbank.
Designed by architects Squillace, Platinum spans 52-levels and comprises 438 apartments.
The podium level includes retail, a ground level restaurant and café.
Brookfield Multiplex Victoria regional managing director Graham Cottam said some 1,900 people worked on-site during the construction which spanned over 23 months.
