SAVILLS has appointed well-regarded Korean investments operative Jacey Lee in the Sydney office.
Lee joins Savills’ as senior manager following more than seven years at Savills’ South Korean head office in Seoul, where she was in an investment advisory role.
Savills’ director, capital transactions and cross border investments, Ben Azar said Lee’s would further bolster Savills’ cross border investment capability across the region.
“Jacey has been instrumental in introducing Korean investors to the Savills’ network and with her deep knowledge and expertise will be a fantastic addition to the team.
“After experiencing three consecutive years of record transaction volumes and the proportion of foreign investment now equating to 46% of all transactions, it is evident that strengthening the links across the region via fostering and growing the Savills Cross Border Team, will be hugely beneficial to the Savills business not only in Australia but across the region,” Azar said.
