AXIOM has been selected by Woollahra Council as the preferred proponent to develop the $200 million mixed-use project on the Cross St car park in Sydney’s Double Bay.
The site is on council-owned land and the development will include public and private car-parking, a Palace cinema, retail, residential apartments and other facilities.
The announcement follows a two-year expression of interest campaign run by the council to find a developer for the site.
