ROBINA Group has appointed the management rights for its $65 million dual tower Bohéme Apartments development on the Gold Coast to a family run business.
Belinda and Stephen Pickwell, with their son Christopher have secured the management rights.
Christopher Pickwell will live on-site at the lakeside site, opposite the Robina Town Centre.
More than 85% of the 129 apartments have sold, to a mix of owner occupiers and investors.
The first tower, of seven levels, is due to be completed later this year whilst work recently began on the nine-level second tower, and they form the centrepiece of Robina’s $250 million CityVillage project.
The Pickwell family has been managing apartments on the Gold Coast for more than 16 years and has specialised in Robina since 2006, managing buildings including St Kilda on Riverwalk, Madison on Riverwalk, 50 Riverwalk, Sidewalk on Scottsdale and Promenade Point.
Belinda Pickwell said Robina’s vacancy rate of under one per cent meant it is an extremely undersupplied market with pent-up demand for properties to rent.
