JLL has appointed Natarsha Logan to the role of director of CBD office leasing in Melbourne.
JLL Victoria managing director David Bowden said Logan is one of the most highly regarded operatives in the Melbourne market.
“A former graduate of the JLL graduate program, she commenced her property career at JLL in 1996.
“Natarsha’s impressive experience spans across senior roles in commercial leasing, retail leasing, development and investment management. She has worked on redevelopments including the $580M expansion of Chadstone Shopping Centre for CFSGAM and the $100M redevelopment of ISPT’s Wintergarden in Brisbane’s CBD. She brings a large network of client relationships, leasing strategy and expertise.
“Natarsha adds great dimension to our highly successful leasing team with her strong customer focused approach. We look forward to her starting next month,” he added.
Logan brings a wealth of experience and has worked for leading property groups such as Mirvac, ISPT, Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) now Vicinity, Commonwealth Property and Australand (Frasers).
In early 2000, she was based in Hong Kong working in agency for Insignia Brooke on key accounts for clients including HongKong Land and Swire Properties.
