JLL has taken over the management of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) global property portfolio, covering 95 Missions in 80 countries.
JLL and DFAT have successfully transitioned the management of over 1,000 properties, including Chanceries such as Australia House in London, Head of Mission/Post residences and owned staff residences, in addition to other support facilities.
“This global partnership with DFAT is another milestone for JLL and demonstrates how we can deliver integrated corporate real estate services consistently and seamlessly around the world,” JLL’s CEO, corporate solutions, Asia Pacific, Jordi Martin said.
“We look forward to delivering services that optimise the performance of DFAT’s property portfolio,” JLL’s head of Australasian government business, Steve Mackintosh said.
