ALE Property Group company secretary and compliance manager Brendan Howell has resigned from his position after 13 years with the company.
Michael Clarke has been appointed company secretary, having been the group’s finance manager for the past decade and assisting Howell with company secretarial matters over the past five years. He has over 30 years financial experience.
ALE has appointed independent corporate consulting specialist Margaret Sullivan as compliance manager.
