INVESTEC Australia has awarded Hindmarsh a $20 million contract to deliver the new B Apartments development in Bowden, Adelaide.
“We’re pleased to continue our involvement in the burgeoning Bowden precinct and help deliver much needed housing in this key growth area of Adelaide. The B Apartments promises to be an important addition to our growing construction portfolio in South Australia,” Hindmarsh SA development manager Morry Canala said.
Excavation work has begun on the 86-unit B Apartments development with completion scheduled in mid-2017. The B Apartments will utilise a “rent then buy” model to provide key workers with affordable rents while they save for a deposit to purchase the apartment they are living in.
